A free 20-minute conversation to explore what’s going on for you and whether this approach feels like the right fit.

You might feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel:

  • constantly overwhelmed or anxious

  • reactive to what some people say or do

  • exhausted from always taking care of others

  • unable to say “no” without guilt

  • feeling responsible for other people’s emotions or wellbeing

  • stuck in patterns that repeat in relationships

  • disconnected from your body or emotion

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who appear to function well in life but carry a great deal internally — often rooted in earlier experiences where their needs were not fully seen or supported.

Over time, these patterns can lead to anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm or a persistent sense of being stuck.

Therapy can help you release those patterns and reconnect with yourself.

A body-based approach to trauma therapy

Stress and trauma don’t just live in thoughts.
They live in the body.

My work combines trauma therapy with body-based approaches that support the nervous system, helping emotional patterns shift at a deeper level.

When we experience stress or trauma, the body often holds on to those responses long after the situation has passed.

Talking can help us understand our experiences — but lasting change often requires working with the body as well.

In our sessions we may use approaches such as:

• Clinical EFT (Advanced Practitioner)
• Brainspotting
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation
• Inner Child Work

These approaches help the nervous system process and release old emotional patterns, allowing new responses to emerge naturally.

What clients often notice

Clients often report changes such as:

• feeling calmer and more emotionally regulated
• finding it easier to say “no” or set boundaries
• reduced anxiety and emotional overwhelm
• feeling more connected to themselves
• greater clarity, confidence and self-trust

This work happens gradually and respectfully, allowing change to unfold in a way that feels natural and integrated.

How we work together

Sessions are 70 minutes and take place:

Online via Zoom (UK-wide)
In person in Hastings, East Sussex

Some people come with a specific issue such as anxiety, burnout or trauma responses. Others come with a more general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Together we explore what is happening beneath the surface and work gently with the body and nervous system to release the patterns that keep those experiences in place.

You can begin with a free consultation, where we talk about:

• what is bringing you to therapy
• how I work
• whether this approach feels like the right fit for you

If we decide to work together, sessions are £70 and last up to 70 minutes.

I ask new clients to commit to an initial three sessions. This allows us to build momentum, begin working with the patterns that bring you to therapy, and see whether the approach feels right for you.

After the initial sessions, therapy continues at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you, whether that is weekly, fortnightly or at another rhythm that suits you.

You can explore the details on my therapy services page.

“The transformation has been life-changing. I went from a place of having no desire to live my life to achieving milestones I never thought possible, like travelling solo to Morocco and publishing my first book. I was able to implement lasting self-care practices and found the inner strength to create healthy boundaries in my relationships and personal life. I have grown immensely in a short time and will always be extremely grateful for the honour of working with such an intuitive and inspiring woman.”
