Therapy Sessions & Fees
Body-based trauma therapy for anxiety, overwhelm and burnout, available online across the UK and in person in Hastings.
People come to this work for many reasons — anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns such as people-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries.
If you’d like to understand more about the approach behind this work, you can read how body-based trauma therapy works here.
What working together looks like
You’ll be held in a safe, trauma-informed space where we explore both body and nervous system responses — not just thoughts — so that real shifts can occur in how your system learns safety and regulation.
People who work with me often report:
• releasing emotions held in the body
• reducing overwhelm and reactivity
• shifting old behavioural patterns
• developing stronger internal boundaries
• learning tools that support regulation between sessions
• accessing internal strengths that once felt buried or unreachable
This work is collaborative and paced by your nervous system, not a fixed formula.
How we’ll work together
Therapy works best when there is enough space to slow down, listen to the body and allow patterns to unfold naturally.
Many clients begin with weekly or fortnightly sessions, although the pace can be adjusted depending on your needs, schedule and nervous system capacity.
All sessions are 70 minutes long and take place online across the UK via Zoom or in person in Hastings, East Sussex.
-
ZOOM
Most clients choose online sessions because they’re private, effective and easier to fit into a busy life — no travel, no rushing and more time to integrate between sessions.

-
In Person
I also offer sessions in a dedicated therapy room in Hastings, East Sussex. Please note the room is upstairs and not accessible for clients with mobility difficulties or if you have pet allergies. Zoom sessions offer the same level of care and connection for anyone who cannot access the in-person space.

Session Fee
Individual therapy sessions are £70 and last up to 70 minutes.
Sessions are available online across the UK via Zoom or in person in Hastings, East Sussex.
Ongoing Sessions
After the initial sessions, therapy can continue at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you, whether that is weekly, fortnightly or at another rhythm that suits you.
Some people come for a shorter period to work through a specific issue, while others choose to stay longer as deeper layers begin to unfold.
Initial Commitment
Therapy works best when there is enough time to build trust, understand what is happening beneath the surface and begin working with the patterns that bring you to therapy.
For this reason, I ask new clients to commit to an initial three sessions before deciding whether to continue.
