Food, Alcohol, Nicotine, Drugs & Co.
If you're struggling with food, alcohol, nicotine, drugs, or any other substance or behaviour that's taken control of your life, I want you to know:
Your habit or compulsion is not the problem.
It's a solution to a problem that was already there.
Whether it's binge eating, restricting food, drinking, smoking, vaping, using drugs, or any other coping mechanism - these are all symptoms of deeper, unresolved emotions and experiences.
How I Can Help You
-

Do you want to stop?
I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the feelings and emotions that have contributed to your relationship with food, alcohol, nicotine, drugs, or other substances.
These emotions may be difficult to manage on your own, and they might have led you to reach for your substance or behaviour of choice as a temporary solution - which is now keeping you stuck.
-

Are you already free but struggling?
I work with people who are sober, substance-free, or managing their food relationship to help them maintain a rewarding life where their substance or behaviour of choice becomes irrelevant.
I do this by helping you identify your triggers, process past traumas, and transform limiting beliefs to prevent future relapses and build a fulfilling life.
Through the somatic approach that I use, I will help you:
Release the fear and anxiety connected to stopping or changing your relationship with food, alcohol, nicotine, or other substances - and decrease your cravings and deactivate your triggers.
Get to the root of the problem behind your habit and heal it, so that your chances of relapse are minimised or completely prevented.
Transform the beliefs about yourself and your substance or behaviour of choice, so you can build a life filled with excitement, fulfilment and connection - a life where these things are irrelevant.
Reconnect with your body and nervous system, especially important for those struggling with food and eating patterns, so you can trust your body's signals again.
Process the emotions you've been avoiding or numbing, in a safe and supported way, so they no longer drive your behaviour.
By doing this work together, you'll gain a fresh perspective on your relationship with food, alcohol, nicotine, drugs, or any other substance or behaviour - and develop healthier ways to live a life without being dependent on anything outside of your own self.
