Gentle, trauma-informed support for anxiety, stress,
and past experiences
I work with adults (18+) who feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed — whether from past trauma, ongoing stress, or patterns that keep repeating in life. Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive, prone to people-pleasing, or shaped by difficult experiences earlier in life.
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based. Together, we work with your mind, body, and nervous system to release what’s holding you back and create lasting, positive change.
My modalities — ways I can help
Each modality I use has a slightly different focus, but all are designed to help you feel safer, calmer, and more in control of your life. Some of the approaches we may use include:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques / Tapping) – Helps release stuck emotions and reduce anxiety.
Matrix Reimprinting – Gently revisits past experiences to transform limiting patterns.
Identity Healing – Uncovers subconscious beliefs and reconnects you with your authentic self.
Brainspotting – Locates and releases unresolved trauma stored in the body and nervous system; a trauma-informed eye-based approach often experienced as a gentler alternative to EMDR
Breathwork – Supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and grounding.
Each of these approaches is chosen to match your needs and is always delivered in a safe, paced, and client-led way.
How sessions work
Sessions are collaborative — you remain in control throughout.
We focus on what’s present in your body and mind, gently exploring and releasing emotions or patterns.
Sessions are longer than typical therapy, giving us space to go deeper and allow real, lasting change.
You can choose to come for short-term support or work over time for deeper transformation — always at a pace that feels right for you.
