ZOOM
I am based in Hastings, East Sussex (UK), and nowadays most of my sessions are on Zoom.
Remote sessions are as effective as the face-to-face ones and they allow you to be in the comfort of your own home, you don’t need to worry about travel or parking, they provide more time for yourself after the session, you can connect from anywhere as long as you have a Wi-Fi connection.

In Person
My in-person sessions take place in my dedicated therapy room in Hastings. Please be aware that the room is located upstairs and is not accessible for those with mobility difficulties. I also have a cat and a dog at home, so if you have pet allergies, online sessions would be a better option. I offer the same quality of care through secure online sessions for anyone who cannot access the in-person space.
